The Boathouse principals have all worked together for many years and have extensive investment experience and professional networks that enable our fund to add value to portfolio companies in many ways. In addition to a long track record investing different types of junior and senior debt, we have led control buyouts and made minority equity investments in companies owned by entrepreneurs and private equity firms. We believe this broad experience up and down the capital structure makes us unique in our perspective and enables us to better work with management teams and owners to generate exceptional outcomes for all stakeholders.
