Since we invest both debt and equity, we can serve as the flexible partner needed to close a transaction, applying our investment where needed in the capital structure. Boathouse seeks to partner with the best financial sponsors, regardless if they are a committed fund or a fund-less sponsor.

When we partner with a financial sponsor, we participate at the board level of portfolio companies and assist equity sponsors by:

• Selecting experienced service providers and consultants
• Seeking add-on acquisitions
• Supplying additional financing for acquisitions and growth
